Building Resiliency in Yourself and in your Relationships
Expand access to calming skills that will increase resiliency and improve relationships. Learn the use of non-inflammatory language that can resolve conflicts in your life more skillfully. Learn to recognize and track sensations in your body in order to bring awareness to positive or calming sensations. Learn to use language as a tool for bringing calm and peace to your physical, intellectual, and spiritual life.
Enhance decision making, productivity, and creativity. Develop personal and social resiliency. Learn to use language as a tool for reducing stress and increasing personal and group performance. Learn to create from a compelling future vs the past.
Counseling and training is offered in person, and by secure online video (Zoom or VSee).
I work from an Existential-Humanistic perspective, utilizing such modalities as: Mindfulness, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Somatic and Narrative Therapy.
