Expand access to calming skills that will increase resiliency and improve relationships. Learn the use of non-inflammatory language that can resolve conflicts in your life more skillfully. Learn to recognize and track sensations in your body in order to bring awareness to positive or calming sensations. I work from an Existential-Humanistic perspective, utilizing such modalities as: Mindfulness, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and Somatic and Narrative Therapy.
